Build the CodeIgniter 4 SaaS Dashboard on Debian 13.

The Dashboard manages and monitors the Copier system.

It does not own persistent MT5 WebSocket connections.

Go manages real-time MT5 connections.

Avoid implementing raw MT5 WebSocket connection management inside CodeIgniter.
